Oneonta Rail Yards

The County of Otsego Industrial Development Agency engaged Delaware Engineering to  prepare a draft Generic Environmental Impact Statement for potential development of the Oneonta Rail Yards property. The City of Oneonta, as Lead Agency, has determined that the draft is complete. Public comment will be received until February 22, 2019, and a public hearing concerning the matter will take place on February 5th during the regularly scheduled Oneonta Common Council meeting.
