In 2020 we were pleased to accept another assignment from the Make-A-Wish of Northeast NY organization.  A  7-year-old boy named Jaxon, who lives in Schenectady, put in a request for a treehouse.  The project was delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but through a lot of determination and hard work from everyone at Delaware Engineering, we were able to get Jaxson’s treehouse constructed and delivered before winter set in.

In May, 2021 the treehouse was lifted onto an elevated deck that was constructed to be nestled in some nearby trees.  Jaxon’s cedar two-level treehouse complete with carpeting, desk, bean bag chair, outdoor swing, pint-sized picnic table, and place to rest on the second floor was revealed on his birthday in July of 2021.
